Alexandr Magarams bought 30% shares of the company from me in 2020, which he promised to settle in the 2 years. When the deadline came, he decided not to pay. The debt commitment is 35`000 eur. There is a contract. Working with Alexander Magarams for 3 years - i saw how he did not pay people repeatedly what he had been agreed at first. Be careful with this person - he manipulates people and does not fulfill his obligations.

Aleksander Magaram hire our team of lawyers to create a "Book of Help" for his project NEGOTIATORS. We agreed that he will pay 5500 EUR for that job. When we finished the jobs and should deliver our work - he told us that he has problems with candidate and he is not going to pay, or will pay only 50% of it.
Job was already done. I should pay people from my own pocket.

I was working for A.Magarams as an HR manager. After very hard Elections in Ukraine in 2020 Aleksander Magarams stoped paying me salary and demaded that I leave my fiance, stating that he is not ethical person and left me without income. Meanwhile he demaded to do work for him. He never paid my salary for 4 months. When war started my neighborhood was bombed. He never asked even how am I doing.

We agreed on a salary of 1500 EUR. It was a condition on which I agreed to do the job. I was doing asigned tasks during the project. When it was over - he decided to cut my salary and pay only 1000 EUR. Explanation was some kind of bad relationships with a client. It was not our agreement from the beginning.

When project started Aleksandrs Magarams asked me to use my personal car for the project. During the project I used it heavely. My car broked. I paid 3200 EUR for the car repair. We agreed that Aleksandrs Magarams will pay me back some part of this damage, but he never did. Every time I ask him about it, he just don't want to talk about it and say later.

In 2014 I agree to work as a negotiator in Election campaign project in Riga. Aleksander Magaram proposed a formula - how much each of us will earn if we reach certain goals. Me and sveral other persons did work very well, but he said - we did too much interviews and it is out of budget. He did not paid what we agreed at the beggining and did not warned us that he will not pay if we do more interviews with voters then he thought is enough.
